About Me
If I weren’t an OB/GYN...
I would be a nail technician! I’ve always enjoyed doing my own nails and working to learn new nail designs. I think it would be a lot of fun bringing someone’s nail design to life as I see how much joy individuals get from getting their nails done! It would also be a great way to get to know more about a person’s life.
Medical Areas of Interest:
Substance use in pregnancy, access to healthcare, high risk, obstetrics, serving underinsured/uninsured populations, reproductive justice and medical education.

I love crafting, running, hiking, watching reality TV, and pilates. I also consider myself a foodie and love trying new restaurants!
Why Utah:
I knew I wanted to train at a high volume program with the opportunity to hands-on experience caring for substance use disorder in pregnancy that had a positive culture at its core. I quickly found this at Utah. I completed a sub-I rotation where I noticed the faculty and residents constantly demonstrate warmth and kindness to their patients and one another. I am incredibly excited to return to a program that felt like home, where I will learn from skilled, compassionate faculty.
