If I weren’t an Ob/Gyn...
I’d be a bookstore/coffee shop/bakery owner in a mountain town or maybe return to my days as a fifth grade teacher.
Medical areas of interest:
General ob/gyn, access to care, reproductive justice, substance use in pregnancy, and medical education.
Interests & hobbies:
Anything outside! Hiking, backpacking, looking forward to skiing this winter, slow trail jogs, sometimes just sitting in the sunshine with a book, my dog, and a warm beverage.
Why Utah:
I wanted to come to Utah to learn from the skilled teachers, clinicians, and advocates that I met during my interview. It was immediately clear that this is a place where you get excellent training with exposure to the many facets of ob/gyn in a genuinely supportive environment, but also that there was a lot of laughter and fun along the way. I’m so excited and lucky to be part of this incredible group of humans!
