Evaluations

Given the one-year duration of the fellowship, formal evaluations will be conducted quarterly, focusing on each of the ACGME core competencies. The Fellowship Director will meet with the fellow to review these evaluations and provide structured feedback, ensuring steady progress toward developing expertise in each area.
When necessary, tailored corrective action plans will be implemented to support the fellow’s growth and mastery of clinical skills. Flexibility will be built into the fellowship to ensure that fellows achieve the required case volumes and clinical experiences to meet program objectives.
In addition to formal evaluations, our faculty is committed to fostering a culture of continuous feedback. Informal, real-time discussions throughout the day will provide immediate, constructive input to recognize strengths and guide improvements. All evaluations and feedback will be documented and maintained by the program coordinator.
