• Dedicated Fellow Clinics
  Fellows run their own clinic for a half day, 3 times per month with independent case planning.
• Dedicated Fellow OR Time
  One day a month focused on cases selected and scheduled by the fellow.
• Inpatient Service Leadership
  Fellows lead the inpatient team alongside the PGY-4 and PGY-2, ensuring robust operative and management experience.
• Education Leadership
  Fellows organize and lead weekly Monday morning teaching conferences.
• Active Surgical Participation
  Fellows scrub in and participate in a wide range of advanced surgeries throughout the year.
