• Basic Science & Translational Research. Ongoing studies in CMV-related hearing loss and inner ear development, cholesteatoma and cochlear implantation. RNA sequencing of vascular malformation tissue to understand microenvironmental factors
• Quality Improvement. Institutional projects on improving perioperative care, reducing surgical complications, and enhancing patient satisfaction.
• Clinical Outcomes & Value-Based Care. Involvement in outcomes tracking and cost-effectiveness studies in surgical care.
• Support to attend ASPO and other educational conferences throughout the year.
