The program is well-rounded with a variety of clinical opportunities and settings (academic, private, VA), resulting in strong training in all areas of PM&R, and produces residents who are prepared to go into practice or pursue fellowship. On my rotations I could tell the residents, faculty, and staff were happy and passionate about PM&R; they love what they do and they love teaching. The University’s TRAILS program is unique to Utah and offers many opportunities to be involved with adaptive sports. I knew I would have a good work-life balance with all the outdoor recreation Salt Lake City offers!
