Eligibility

Prior to entering the addiction medicine fellowship program, applicants must be board-eligible or board-certified in any primary specialty of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS).

Applicants must also comply with the eligibility requirements outlined by the Office of Graduate Medical Education. 

How To Apply

  1. Apply through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service) at: apps.aamc.org/myeras-web.
     
  2. Review the Addiction Medicine Fellowship Application Process and begin the process of submitting the requested materials through ERAS.
     
  3. Once we have received your application materials, we will make the decision about scheduling an interview and will contact you.
