TITLE: Prediction of Suicide Death Using EHR and Polygenic Risk Scores
SUMMARY:  The major goals of this study are to use machine learning methods to develop risk models of suicide death vs. suicide attempt in two large, population-ascertained samples. Data resources will include comprehensive electronic health records, demographics, familial risks, autopsy records, and polygenic risks.

TITLE: 31P-MRS and resting state functional connectivity analysis of the effects of 5-1 hydroxytryptophan and creatine for antidepressant augmentation in patients with SSRI/SNRI resistant major depressive disorder
SUMMARY:  The major goals of this project are to assess the effect of 5-hydroxytryptophan and creatine monohydrate individually and in combination on cortical bioenergetics, peripheral serotonin levels, and mood in persons with depression.
