  • About Me

    I grew up on the coast of Maine and went to the University of Vermont to study Neuroscience. After a quick stint in Wyoming following college, I returned east to study medicine in New Hampshire. I feel lucky to have had my education take me to such wonderful places throughout New England and I am thrilled to spend the next chapter in Utah.

    Interests & Hobbies

    I love just about anything that gets me into the mountains with friends: skiing, mountain biking, running, paragliding. I also like to tie flies and occasionally even try to catch a fish on them. Favorite fly: Ausable Bomber. I have no idea if it will work on the trout in Utah. When I want to relax I like to read or cook for friends.

    Why Utah?

    When I was here for my interview, it was clear that everyone in the program had a passion for their work, patient centered care, and life in general. It seemed like an incredibly supportive and tight group that I immediately wanted to be a part of. Another bonus is that my twin brother lives just north of SLC, in Jackson, WY, so it will be great to be close to family and more excellent skiing.
