Interests & Hobbies
My hobbies include spending time outdoors with my fiancé and our two dogs, skiing, scuba diving, and hiking. Since moving to Utah, I have joined a rock-climbing gym and started learning how to climb indoors.
I chose this program because I was impressed with the clinical and academic opportunities. There are numerous attendings contributing a wide variety of experiences and backgrounds who are all extremely dedicated to teaching. The program has several occupational medicine continuity clinics that are ideal teaching and learning environments. The diversity of the rotations available locally and out-of-state enhances the ability of residents to explore their interests. With the program being a part of the Rocky Mountain Center for Occupational and Environmental Health, there are excellent opportunities for research projects and interdisciplinary learning during the MOH year.
