Medical Education Verification

  • Graduation Verification
  • Certified Copies of Diplomas. Email picture or scanned copy to registrar's email.
  • Official transcripts must be ordered through: https://registrar.utah.edu/transcripts/index.php. Please mail them directly to the requesting medical board. Fees are based on the delivery method you choose.
