Application Process

Thank you for your interest in the Vascular Surgery Fellowship Program at the University of Utah. We have an excellent, dynamic training program set in the Salt Lake Valley, one of the most beautiful and livable areas in this country.

Vascular Team

Successful applicants must have completed an ACGME-accredited general surgery residency at the time the fellowship begins in August.

The Vascular Surgery Fellowship program at the University of Utah participates in the Electronic Residency Application Service ERAS® which was developed by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). It is a service that transmits residency applications, letters of recommendation, Dean's Letters/MSPE, transcripts and other supporting credentials from applicants and medical schools to Fellowships, Osteopathic Internships and Residency programs using the internet. This website will allow you to complete one application and then apply to as many of the participating fellowship programs as you desire. The Vascular Surgery Fellowship Program at the University of Utah will not accept applications from any source except ERAS®.

If you have any questions about the application process, please contact ERAS® directly at
