Dr. Coulter's research interests include etiology of "idiopathic" non-immune hydrops and factors affecting growth of extremely premature infants. He is also co-investigator in several ongoing clinical research projects.

David M. Coulter M.D. is a Board Certified Neonatologist on the faculty of the Division of Neonatology of the University of Utah, Department of Pediatrics. He cares for patients in the newborn ICUs at Primary Children's Medical Center, The University of Utah Medical Center and Intermountain Medical Center.
