Academic Bio

Xuli Wang, PhD, is an assistant professor and a principal investigator in the Radiobiology Division, the Department of Radiology. He is an investigator of the Huntsman Cancer Institute and a member of the Experimental Therapeutics Program.The research in Dr. Wang's laboratory focuses on the development of molecular imaging probes and targeted nanotherapeutics to improve diagnosis and therapy for cancer induced bone metastases, such as advanced breast cancer, prostate cancer and multiple myeloma.Dr. Wang obtained his B.S. degree in Virology and Molecular Biology and received a PhD degree in Polymer Chemistry, both from Wuhan University in China.
