I earned my BA in Biochemistry and Exercise Science from Simpson College. I completed the Coordinated Masters Program and earned my MS in Nutrition & Integrative Physiology from the University of Utah. As a Registered Dietitian and team member of the Utah Center for Community Nutrition, my focus is on community outreach, helping individuals and families overcome barriers to healthy eating. As an instructor, my aim is to inspire students to pursue their passions and create opportunities for experiential learning. I am passionate about culinary nutrition, global learning/diversity, and research. As an avid soccer and rugby player, I have a particular interest in sports nutrition. In my spare time, I like to stay active outdoors by playing sports, hiking, and skiing.
