      Residencies - General Surgery, Loyola University Medical Center; Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine, Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center

Dr. Walczak has had a long career in Radiology with experience in private groups, hospital systems, and teaching hospitals doing general radiology, Interventional Radiology, as well as Breast Imaging. She now practices only in that specialty as Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Utah, most often at the Farmington Clinic.
