Danica Loveridge is a Certified Nurse-Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with the BirthCare HealthCare clinical practice. Part of her time is spent as an assistant professor at the College of Nursing, where she provides education to nurse-midwifery and women’s health students. She provides full-scope midwifery care, which includes: routine gynecological care, contraceptive counseling and family planning, prenatal care, labor management and deliveries, and postpartum care. She also offers prenatal care through the University of Utah Health Virtual Prenatal Care Program, which provides convenient and personalized prenatal care to low-risk pregnancies. She scored in the 10% Nationwide for Patient Satisfaction.
Danica aims to provide individualized and compassionate healthcare to women throughout their life span. She believes that women should be active participants in their unique healthcare goals, and that every woman should be treated with respect and dignity and given the opportunity to receive high quality healthcare regardless of their beliefs, gender identity, race or socioeconomic status.
Danica provides outpatient care primarily at the South Jordan Health Center, where she is currently accepting new patients.
