Dr. Odéen has a MSc. in Engineering Physics from Lund Institute of Technology, Lund, Sweden, and a PhD. in Physics from the University of Utah. His research interests include Magnetic Resonance guided thermal therapies, such as focused ultrasound (FUS), Laser Interstitial Thermal Therapy (LITT), and Radio frequency heating (RF). He is an expert in MR temperature imaging, with a specific interested in FUS applications to the central nurvous system.
