Hello! I joined the University of Utah's College of Nursing in January 2020 and am excited to now be full-time faculty. My background is in cardiovascular ICU and I worked at the U Hospital from 2014-2020. I was a charge nurse, mechanical circulatory support flight nurse, and device expert. I completed my undergraduate degree at BYU, my master's at the U, and am currently working on my PhD at the U. Most of my teaching is in the undergraduate program and my research interests revolve around the patient experience in the ICU after cardiac surgery.
