Clair R. Palmer is a doctor of optometry with a practice at the John A. Moran Eye Center at the University of Utah, who specializes in contact lenses. He is an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Utah’s Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences. He is a member of the Utah Optometry Association and the American Optometry Association. Dr. Palmer has gained extensive experience practicing optometry in various countries on humanitarian missions and while serving with the Air National Guard. He received his B.S. degree from BYU, and his doctor of optometry degree from Southern California College of Optometry. He practices at Parkway Health Center, Moran Eye Center Clinic, in Orem, Utah, and the South Jordan Health Center, Moran Eye Center Clinic, South Jordan, Utah.
