Erika Reichman, MSN, APRN, NNP-BC, is a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience of caring for critically ill and high-risk infants and supporting their families across the continuum of neonatal care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Westminster College in 2004 and began her nursing career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit that same year.

After several years of bedside NICU experience as a registered nurse, Erika completed her Master of Science degree in Neonatal Nursing at Stony Brook University in Long Island, New York, in 2013. She has since practiced as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, providing specialized care to infants in the NICU and supporting their transition beyond hospitalization.

Erika currently holds a shared role, working full time in the NICU and part time with the University Developmental Assessment Clinics, primarily within the Neonatal Follow-Up Program. Her clinical interests include neurodevelopmental surveillance and early identification of developmental concerns in infants with complex neonatal histories. She is certified as an advanced General Movements Assessment (GMA) reader and in the Hammersmith Infant Neurological Examination (HINE).

In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Erika serves as Assistant Manager for the NICU Nurse Practitioner group, supporting team operations, communication, professional development, and collaborative patient care.
