Darin Ryujin, Professor (clinical), He is the Vice Chair for Advocacy, Success and Impact in the Division Physician Assistant Education and Sciences. Clinically he is a Physician Assistant at the Sleep Wake Center. He has provided patient care at the Sleep-Wake Center since 2003. As a Sleep Medicine provider, his clinical interests include general, sleep-health disparities and cross-cultural sleep medicine. Darin received his Bachelor's of Science from the University of Utah, Master’s of Science from Marshall University and his Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Utah School of Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, American Thoracic Society and Physician Assistant Education Association.
Press-Ganey top 10% in Nation for Patient Satisfaction. He is a NCCPA board certified Physician Assistant.
His current research interests include treatment of sleep disordered breathing in marginalized communities and educational excellence and workforce justice in Physician Assistant education.

Darin Ryujin research is centered on inclusion and diversity, including racism, inclusion and diversity in physician assistant education. Additionally, his research interests include sleep medicine in underserved communities.
