Scott M. Stevens, M.D., F.A.C.P., is the Co-Director of the Thrombosis Clinic at Intermountain Medical Center. This service was established in 2004 and is one of the few clinical services in the state of Utah dedicated to the management of patients with Venous Thrombosis. Dr. Stevens and the Thrombosis Clinic team provide evaluation and management of complex thrombosis cases in both the outpatient and inpatient settings, and have maintained a leading edge approach to the diagnosis and management of thrombosis and anticoagulation therapy.
