In addition, he has completed a fellowship with the Academy of Wilderness Medicine. Currently, Dr. Campbell is studying personal training. He incorporates sports medicine into daily practice with active individuals and in team physician roles as well as primary care orthopedics for chronic disease in treatment, prevention and monitoring musculoskeletal issues. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities including climbing, skiing, cycling, and running. With his family, he likes cooking, eating healthily, home maintenance and gardening.
“Healing minds and healing bodies, I concern myself with listening to the patient, addressing the primary issues and educating on important health points during our encounters. Ensuring the patient understands the problem allows both the physician and the patient to identify goals and establish a treatment plan. Once established with me, patients will have a more complete and updated health record. This will allow timely and focused health promotion and prevention, treatment of any acute seasonal or activity-based issues, and management.”
