Joe Dalto, PhD is the Data Manager for Telehealth Services at Intermountain Healthcare. Joe received his PhD from the Department of Biomedical Informatics at the University of Utah. His expertise spans the areas of telehealth and telemedicine, business intelligence, quality improvement, and human factors in healthcare. Joe has extensive operational knowledge in the areas of intensive medicine, trauma services, emergency medicine, and air medical transport.
