Peter Yarbrough, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Utah School of Medicine and practices at the George E. Wahlen Veterans Affairs Hospital in Salt Lake City. As an Internist and Hospitalist, his clinical interests include general internal medicine of the hospitalized patient, quality improvement, and Palliative Care.

Peter Yarbrough received his MD from the University of Cincinnati in 2005. He received training in medicine and from the University of Utah, completing his training in 2008. Dr. Yarbrough served as a Chief Medical Resident following his residency. He joined the University of Utah Division of General Internal Medicine in 2009 and currently splits time between hospitalist clinical work and inpatient quality improvement initiatives.
