Xing Li, PhD, is an Assistant Professor (clinical track) and Medical Physicist in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Huntsman Cancer Hospital, University of Utah. Dr. Li received a BS in Applied Physics from Harbin Institute of Technology, a MS and a PhD in Physics from University of Iowa, where her PhD thesis focus on intensity modulated brachytherapy. Dr. Li then completed her residency in Medical Physics at University of Miami. Prior to her position here, Dr. Li was a Medical Physicist at OSF St. Francis Medical Center. Her clinical and research interests include commissioning and implementing new technology/treatment modality (eg. 3D printing) into clinic, radiation measurement/detection and brachytherapy.
