Kerry Whittemore, M.D., is a board certified pediatrician. A native of upstate New York, she graduated summa cum laude with degrees in Biology and Sociology and a minor in Peace and Justice Studies from Villanova University in Pennsylvania. She obtained her medical degree from McGill University located in Montreal, Canada and completed a pediatric residency at Primary Children's Hospital (University of Utah). Dr. Whittemore cares for children from birth to 21 years of age and especially enjoys providing care for children with special health care needs and children from a refugee or immigrant background. She is also an Assistant Director of the Rural and Underserved Training Experience (RUUTE) and Regional Affairs for the School of Medicine (https://medicine.utah.edu/students/programs/md/curriculum/ruute/).
As a mother of two sons, she relates easily with other parents. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outside, and running marathons.
Dr. Whittemore is welcoming new patients. Most insurance plans accepted.
