David E. Anisman, M.D., is a board-certified Family Physician. He graduated from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in 1988, and completed his residency training at Travis Air Force Base in 1991. His 20-year Air Force career focused on the practice of Family Medicine and medical education. Dr. Anisman is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. His professional interests span the full scope of general family medicine, with an emphasis on preventing illness, management of chronic illness such as heart disease, diabetes and asthma . In his leisure time, he enjoys listening to classical and jazz music, reading, cooking, hiking, and skiing.
