Dr. Yoon Kim-Butterfield is a board-certified internal medicine provider. She provides primary care for all adults. As part of her primary care practice, she specializes in diabetes management, hypertension, lipids, and obesity management. She also is interested in narrowing health inequalities and has a particular interest in cross-cultural medicine.
Dr. Kim-Butterfield completed her medical education at the University of Illinois Chicago, where she graduated with honors. Her residency was at Harvard University Hospital - Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, followed by a Clinical Endocrinology Fellowship at Stanford University Hospital.
Dr. Kim-Butterfield loves forming lasting relationships with her patients. She enjoys seeing her patients’ health improve, and as a result- seeing their quality of life improve.
In her downtime, she likes to spend time hiking and skiing with her family.
