Linda N. Nguyen, MD

Linda Nguyen MD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology who also specializes in Perioperative Medicine and Echocardiography. She is board certified in Comprehensive Perioperative Echocardiography (ASCeXAM). Her clinical interests include point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) diagnostics, perioperative optimization, minimally invasive echocardiography guided procedures, quality improvement and health equity. She currently serves as a mentor for resident QI projects including ICU handoff standardization, and has led workshops, presented, curated resources and events, as well as assisted in developing department policies.
