My laboratory focuses on understanding how cells interpret and respond to information in their environment in human health and disease. We focus primarily on the pharmacology of G-protein coupled receptors, the main targets of the majority of approved drugs, and the design of tools to measure and understand how these proteins communicate with the cell.
