Kelsey Ellis is a board-certified and licensed genetic counselor with a Master's degree in Genetic Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Environmental Science. She also has a Master's degree in Marine Science from UNC Chapel Hill, specializing in marine genetics. Kelsey began working at the Huntsman Cancer Institute in July 2022. She provides genetic counseling regarding hereditary cancer risks to patients in the Family Cancer Assessment Clinic. She also provides genetic counseling for hereditary conditions with increased risks for paraganglioma and pheochromocytoma to patients and families.
