Nicole graduated with her Masters in Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Des Moines University in 2015. She spent the first 8 years of her career at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN where she primarily practiced in primary care internal medicine. Within her practice she had an emphasis on practice transformation, quality improvement initiatives, and education.



Nicole moved to St. George, Utah in 2022, first practicing clinically at Intermountain Health before joining the University of Utah PA program a faculty member on the Clinical Team in 2024. She became the Director of Clinical Education in 2025. She continues to include quality improvement projects with local partners in her work, as she aims to improve health disparities and barriers surrounding cervical cancer screening.



Nicole is committed to providing high quality patient care to her primary care internal medicine patients and training the next generation of PAs to do so as well.



Outside of work Nicole stays busy with her family, including 3 boys, exploring Southern Utah.
