My research is focused on developing, optimizing, and implementing behavior change interventions targeting modifiable risk factors, such as diet and physical activity, to address lifestyle-related chronic diseases. I emphasize not only the creation and deployment of these evidence-based interventions but also their continuous refinement to enhance efficacy and scalability. By utilizing a combination of theory-based approaches, cultural tailoring, and digital technologies, including wearable sensors and ecological momentary assessment, my work aims to expand reach, improve accessibility, and optimize health and behavior outcomes for diverse populations.
