Dr. Greenberg received his medical degree from UC Davis School of medicine, completed his Pediatric residency at University of Utah, School of Medicine/Primary Children's Medical Center, and his Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship at University of Colorado Health Sciences/The Children's Hospital, Denver . He has been on faculty at the University of Utah, School of Medicine since 2005. He is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Since 2009 Dr. Greenberg has worked part time in a general community pediatric clinic in Draper- South Summit Pediatrics. Dr. Greenberg continues to work in the Emergency Department at Primary Children's Medical Center as well.

He is currently an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Utah and is in the Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Primary Children ´s Medical Center.

His main academic and research interests include sepsis and the evaluation of fever in infants.
