Dr. Sarah Bernstein is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Neonatology at the University of Utah, School of Medicine. She received her medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine, completed Pediatric Residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and her Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Fellowship at Duke University Medical School. Dr. Bernstein provides care to premature infants and critically ill newborns admitted to the NICU at University of Utah Hospital, Primary Children’s Hospital and Intermountain Medical Center. Her clinical interests include bioethics, communication and shared-decision making for periviable and chronically, critically ill infants.
