Tom Rowley is a family nurse practitioner at the University of Utah College of Nursing and is contracted with the Salt Lake County Juvenile Justice System facilities as their primary health care provider. He has published research in the Journal of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and magazine articles in CorrectCare. He has presented at local and national conferences on human trafficking and providing care to sexual assault victims. He received his doctorate of nursing practice degree at the University of Utah and currently works as an assistant professor. Prior to his current roles he was faculty at Salt Lake Community College, a registered nurse, and a certified nurse assistant.
