Horseback riding, yoga, hiking, going on slow walks with my husband and our two old dogs
Why Utah?
The people: We have a strong team here, both residents and faculty. It's easier to work long shifts when you're working with a supportive, fun group! We get good surgical experience and have a high birth rate. I also moved here from North Dakota and really appreciate the sunshine and the view of the mountains. It's nice to be 20 minutes from a hiking trail.
