About Me
If I weren’t an OB/GYN...
I would probably be a midwife or a doula since I can’t get enough of birth, but if I had to choose something outside of medicine I’d be a women’s rights lawyer- I love working with women and helping individuals realize how resilient, strong, and amazing they are!!
Medical Areas of Interest:
Everything in OB/GYN! I love the clinic, the OR, and L&D. Specifically, I love full-spectrum family planning and advocacy, working with people with SUD during pregnancy and postpartum, breastfeeding medicine, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. The only specialty where you can truly do it all!
Interests & Hobbies:
I love being outside and hiking, running, biking, skiing, and doing yoga. I also love live music, baking, and hanging anywhere and anytime with friends!!
Why Utah:
Utah has the absolute BEST people and culture! From when I was looking at programs to interview day to starting residency, everyone has been so incredibly welcoming and kind, and they are all hilarious, down to earth, and amazingly skilled! Utah also has the highest birth rate in the country, high-volume and top-notch surgical training, and an awesome SUPeRAD program that I am so excited to work with. And, I mean… you can’t beat the access to the mountains and outdoors!!!
