If I weren’t an OB/GYN...
I would be an investigative journalist! I love writing, learning, and speaking up for issues that matter. Alternatively, I would be a wedding planner. I’m a rom com gal and the controlled chaos would not be unlike a L&D shift.
Medical areas of interest:
Reproductive justice, access to care, infertility, and gynecologic surgery.
Interests & Hobbies:
Running, skiing, biking, reading, watching New Girl, and trying new restaurants!
Why Utah:
I was drawn to the supportive, kind, and fun culture of the residents, attendings, and midwives! During my interview, I immediately felt this program would be the perfect place to grow and learn. I was especially drawn to the excellent obstetric and surgical training at a high volume, regional referral center. Advocacy and research are also very well supported. Last but not least, Salt Lake City is a great place to live with amazing access to the mountains.
