All things outdoors! I especially enjoy mountain and road cycling, triathlon, trail running, and snowboarding. On inside days, I'm starting to dabble in basic woodworking and making live-edge coffee tables. Utah is the perfect place for all of it!
Why Utah?
Simply put it was the interview I had the biggest smile after. It truly checked all the boxes with energetic faculty, welcoming residents, broad exposure, and being a beautiful place to live. Additionally, the turnout during the Wasatch Wednesday events demonstrates the current residents and faculty were excited to showcase their program. That meant a lot as a prospective applicant. The focus on wellness and emphasis on including partners in resident activities was a big plus as well.
