I grew up in Connecticut mostly playing soccer and basketball. At the age of 7, I fell in love with JJ Redick and the Duke men's basketball team and was beyond excited to go there for undergrad. For two years, I fully immersed myself in the craziness that is tenting in Krzyzewskiville for the Duke-UNC game and subsequently became a Line Monitor to avoid unannounced bullhorns at 3 A.M. I returned to New England for med school in Vermont and developed a true love for the outdoors (and maple creemees). After 4 years of skiing and hiking my way through medical school, I am thrilled to be in Utah with my boyfriend and our puppy, Magnolia!

Interests & Hobbies
I love anything that gets me outdoors! Skiing (touring and alpine), hiking, camping, backpacking, and rock climbing, all with the pipedream of becoming a mountaineer. I golf (my last name is Mulligan, afterall), watch almost every Duke basketball game and Formula 1 race, and I love to Peloton. I have also become a master at spending way too much time at a coffee shop or brewery with friends.

Why Utah?
I hadn't spent more than 3 days west of the Mississippi until I found myself doing my Emergency Medicine away rotation in Utah during my fourth year of medical school. After day 1, I knew this was the place I wanted to be. The residents and attendings were incredibly welcoming and supportive even in such a short amount of time. I truly looked forward to all of my shifts and always found myself in the mountains before or after each one. Utah really is the perfect place for me to become the best EM physician and outdoors person I can be.
