I grew up in Orlando, Florida and spent many weekends at the beach, fishing and swimming. When I moved to Atlanta, Georgia for college, I left the ocean behind for the small mountains in the southeast where I enjoyed rock climbing and mountain biking. I stayed in Atlanta for medical school and completed a graduate degree in Biomedical Engineering. As a physician, I want to work on new ways that technology can be used to improve our healthcare systems.
