Kenneth Mackay graduated from Cypress College as a Radiologic Technologist in 1991 as a prerequisite to attend radiation therapy school at The City of Hope National Cancer Center in Duarte, California. After graduation in 1993, he worked at the City of Hope for the next 7 years working his way up to a Lead Radiation Therapist. In 2000, he left to pursue a Chief Therapist position and cross-train in Medical Dosimetry at the Antelope Valley Cancer Center. Ken became a Certified Medical Dosimetrist in 2008 and is dedicated to the exciting and ever-evolving field of Medical Dosimetry. He is so grateful to have worked many years at the Huntsman Cancer Institute at the University of Utah where he has been able to further advance his treatment planning skills. Outside of work, Ken enjoys spending time playing pickleball, mountain biking, and having fun adventures with the family.
