Ryan Ernst completed his emergency medicine residency in Detroit and has worked a variety of community and academic jobs. He has previously created and directed Global EM Fellowships at UCLA and UCSF Fresno, and is the former Director of Education for EMRAP GO. He is the founder of the non-profit Arboretum Teaching Collective, the co-creator of the Rapid Sequence resuscitation game, and co-creator of the international ‘Teaching to Teach’ workshop entitled TEACHERIA. He maintains teaching collaborations in Vietnam, Botswana, Guatemala, and Kenya, and has taught for the Diploma in Mountain Medicine in Nepal. When not working, learning, and teaching, he wanders into the mountains for climbing and skiing adventures
