About Me
Shelley has worked in education administration, programming, advising, and outreach in both higher education and K-12 education. She is passionate about equality of access to resources, particularly in education and health. She focused her masters program in U.S. education policy, highlighting how 21st Century economic and political policies have exacerbated social stratification (by race and class) in our K-12 public schools. In her non-work time, she runs, hikes, skis, and swims.
