1. Circadian Rhythm & Cardiovascular Disease Study (TIME Study)
We are currently enrolling healthy men and women for a study on sleep and the role of circadian rhythm in cardiovascular disease. Outpatient visits only, no overnights. Participants will be compensated for their time.
You may qualify if you:

- 18-60 years of age
- Falls asleep, on average, between 11pm and 3 am

2. Sleep Technology Intervention to Target Cardiometabolic Health (STITCH Study)
We are currently enrolling healthy men and women for a study to learn if sleep coaching can improve the risk factors for heart disease, such as blood pressure. Outpatient visits only, no overnights. Participants will be compensated for their time.
You may qualify if you:

- 18-65 years of age
- Sleep less than 7 hours a night
- Have a blood pressure higher than 120/80
