    Brandon is from Holmen, Wisconsin. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire where he studied Biology and was a team captain for the men’s track and field team and part of two NCAA DIII National Championships. He went on to get his EMT license before starting his medical degree at Rocky Vista University in Colorado. His medical interests include sports medicine, procedures, behavioral health, adolescent health, and health promotion through lifestyle change and activity. He is an avid outdoorsman having completed all 58 of Colorado’s 14,000 ft peaks while in medical school, and enjoys running, lifting, hiking, skiing, camping, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers. He chose the University of Utah for its strong reputation in family and sports medicine training, the kinship he felt on his interview day, and the unparalleled access to the great outdoors.
