About Me
Lauren Pham is from Houston, Texas. She attended King's College in Pennsylvania where she completed her undergraduate degree in Biology and Neuroscience, swam Division 3, and met her husband. Lauren returned to Texas to attend medical school at University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine. While in medical school Lauren became heavily involved with Communities Under the Bridge, a shelter for the San Antonio unhoused population. At CUB she organized a community pantry and distribution service that continued through the COVID-19 pandemic. Her medical interests include full-spectrum family medicine, women's health, patient education, and underserved medicine. Outside of medicine Lauren can be found playing with her dog Mako, cooking with her husband, swimming, snowboarding, or reading. Lauren chose the University of Utah for their robust Obstetrics opportunities in Family Medicine and their diverse opportunities in underserved medicine.
